ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On May 14, 2015, Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (“Hertz Holdings”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary The Hertz Corporation (together with Hertz Holdings, the “Company”) issued a press release with respect to the Company’s first quarter 2015 operational results. The press release also provides an update on the status of the ongoing review of the Company’s financial records as part of its restatement of previously issued financial statements.
