Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 11, 2008 the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors had authorized the Company to repurchase an additional $50 million shares of the Company's common stock in negotiated and open market transactions through December 31, 2009. This is in addition to the $50 million authorized by the board in August, 2007. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
