Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 28, 2007, Alliance Data Systems Corporation issued a press release announcing a multi-year expansion and renewal agreement with Fortunoff to continue providing private label credit card services, and through the expanded agreement, to provide a co-brand credit card program. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
