ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On June 30, 2005, American Greetings issued a press release reporting its
results for the first quarter ended May 31, 2005. A copy of this press release
is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
