Member of 10% owner group.  Lawrence I. Richman serves as trustee of Second Universe Trust, which owns shares of Class B Common Stock
of the Issuer.  In such capacity, Mr. Richman has executed a joinder to, and thereby has become subject to the provisions of, the
Amended and Restated Global Hyatt Agreement.  Mr. Richman has no pecuniary interest in the Class B Common Stock of the Issuer.
