(1) | As previously reported, on October 23, 2007, Laurent Charles Lutz was granted an award of 146,444 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which grant was approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of BearingPoint, Inc. (the "Company"). The award vests as follows: 36,611 RSUs vested on December 31, 2007 and an additional 36,611 RSUs will vest on December 31 in each of 2008, 2009 and 2010. On December 31, 2007, 36,611 shares of the Company's common stock were issued to Mr. Lutz in settlement of his vested RSUs, of which 14,444 shares of common stock were withheld by the Company (as approved by the Compensation Committee) to satisfy Mr. Lutz's tax withholding obligations |
