Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 26, 2019, Imperial Oil Limited (the “company”) by means of a press release announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company for the second quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable on July 1, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
