ChipMOS REPORTS FEBRUARY 2013 REVENUE

Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 12, 2013 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company’’) (NASDAQ: IMOS) today reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for the month of February 2013.
