Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 4, 2008, Noble International, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Noble Tube Technologies, LLC (collectively with the Company, “Noble”), received a litigation award of $16.3 million relating to Noble’s 2006 acquisition of Pullman Industries, Inc. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
