On January 23, 2008, Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (the “Company”) announced preliminary financial results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished under Item 2.02 of this Form 8-K.
