AK Steel Holding Corporation is hereby furnishing the following information under Regulation FD:
On March 14, 2007, AK Steel Corporation issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), Local Lodge 1943, have ratified a 54-month, new-era labor agreement covering about 1,700 hourly production and maintenance employees at the company’s Middletown (OH) Works. The new agreement takes effect March 15, 2007 and runs through September 15, 2011.
