On March 8, 2007, Tech Data Corporation held its investor call for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2007. During this conference call, information regarding the company’s results of operations and financial condition for the completed quarterly period ended January 31, 2007 was discussed. A copy of the transcript of this conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
