Siebel Update

We have completed the merger review process with the US, EU, and other jurisdictions. The last significant step in the merger process is to obtain Siebel stockholder approval. We hope to receive stockholder approval on January 31 and close the transaction shortly thereafter. Keith Block is planning to host a Straight Talk immediately following the transaction close. Members of his management team will follow that with specific messages as appropriate. We are also planning additional communication to all teams after close. Stay tuned for more information.
