(1)	As of the date of this report, Myriad Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("MPI") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Myriad Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) ("MGI"). On June 17, 2009, MPI effected a stock split in the form of a dividend, which resulted in MGI receiving an additional 23,956,241 shares of MPI Common Stock. On June 30, 2009, MGI will distribute all of the shares of MPI Common Stock that it owns to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 17, 2009. The distribution will be made to the shareholders of MGI on a pro rata basis by means of a stock dividend.
