On February 8, 2006, Pacer International, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular $0.15 per share dividend on the Company's common stock at its meeting on February 8. The first quarter dividend will be payable on April 10, 2006, for shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2006.
