Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (the "Company") is planning to participate and present at the Oppenheimer 26th Annual Healthcare Conference, taking place on December 7-9, 2015 in New York, New York. In preparation for the conference, the Company has updated its investors' presentation, a copy of which is enclosed as Exhibit 99.1.
This presentation reflects the updated information regarding FDX104 Phase II clinical trial results, which was previously disclosed in a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K filed by the Company with the SEC on December 3, 2015, and other updates that the Company deems non-material.
