Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 24, 2015, 3D Systems Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release setting forth preliminary financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by this reference. The information in this Item (and in such press release) shall not be deemed "filed" with the SEC for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended nor incorporated by reference in any registration statement filed by the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Included in the press release mentioned above is an announcement that the Company plans to hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time, on Friday, April 24, 2015, to discuss its preliminary financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release, which contains additional information regarding how to access the conference call and how to listen to a recorded playback of the call after it is completed, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on From 8-K.
