On May 31, 2007, Millennium Quest, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, containing disclosure regarding a recent fire at a manufacturing facility owned by its subsidiary, Beijing Green Foodstuff Co., Ltd.
