(b) On August 26, 2014, Hal Weinstein, Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc.s (the Company) Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, notified the Company of his intent to retire from the Company effective December 31, 2014. Mr. Weinstein is expected to serve as a senior advisor to the Company following his retirement.
