Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Registrant is updating the time period in which it expects to report results from its Phase 3 clinical trial in Fampridine-SR, the Registrant’s lead product candidate, for improvement of walking ability in people with multiple sclerosis.  The Registrant now expects to report results from this clinical trial in late September or October of this year.
