Due to the Company's present financial condition, it has not been able to retain
its auditors.

the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the
earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?

of the results cannot be made.

There are two significant changes in the Company's Results of Operations:

     1) As of fiscal year end September 28, 2008, the Company's sales were
$1,616,299 (unaudited), an 1100% increase from sales of $134,688 for the prior
fiscal year end September 30, 2007.

     2. The Operating Loss for the Company has gone from $3,969,625 as of
September 30, 2007 to $9,698,273 (unaudited) for the current fiscal year end
September 28, 2008.

The increase in sales is due to greater market penetration for the Company's
products.


The increase in the Operating Loss is due to increased operating expenses and
general and administrative expenses.
