On April 10, 2009, Aspyra, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2008.  A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
